Delivery driver undergoes surgery after brutal attack

The Times (Munster, Ind.): A delivery driver for J & J's Pizza Shack in Munster was airlifted to a hospital after she was beaten with a metal club by two men who then stole the pizzas she was carrying. Samantha Wilson-Sayre, 21, of Portage, had a metal plate inserted in her head and four metal pins placed in her hand.
