Domino's gives half-off online pie orders

Domino's is angling for some busy back-to-school days business with an offer the brand started today giving online customers half off menu-priced pizzas through Sept. 1, a news release said.

The 50% off deal is only available for pies ordered through either the company's website or ordering apps for Androids, iPhone, iPads and Kindle Fire. A brand spokeswoman said in the release that the half-off deal is designed to help families eat well as they work to get all those school year responsibilities off and running.
