Domino's Pizza targets Hispanics with Cinco de Mayo contest

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Domino's Pizza is combining a celebration of upcoming Cinco de Mayo (May 5) festivities by with a push of its 555 Deal (three medium pizzas for $5 each).

According to a news release, on May 5, Domino's will host a national radio contest, on English and Spanish-language radio stations, in more than 200 U.S. markets. Call-in participants can win Cinco de Mayo prizes by answering trivia questions about the traditional Mexican holiday. Winners will receive a Domino's "5-5-5 on 5-5-05 Prize Pack," which includes gift certificates for free pizza and sodas, a piñata and Cinco de Mayo drink charms.
