Domino’s UK eyes nontraditional locations

February 15, 2011

After a huge 2010 that featured a nearly-20-percent sales lift, Domino’s Pizza UK and Ireland is embarking upon a nontraditional expansion path.

According to the Financial Times, the company has inked a deal with Moto Hospitality, which operates service stations in Britain.

The agreement calls for two new Domino’s units initially and a broader, 50-unit rollout by 2020. The first two locations will be in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
