Donatos to build 3 in Savannah

Donatos Pizza has signed an agreement to build three restaurants in Savannah, Georgia, over the next several years, a news release said. The Ohio-based company has not yet signed any leases but is looking at the areas between mid-town and Windsor Forest for the first restaurant. 

Donatos franchise fee  is $30,000, with an initial franchise investment of $361,360 to $697,400. The brand said its AUV exceeds $1 million in stores that typically range from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, with 30 mostly part-time employees. 

Donatos has 160 restaurants in nine states, and its products are in more than 15 entertainment and sports venues.
