Driver wins partial victory in shooting cases

Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: The Milwaukee pizza delivery driver who shot two would-be robbers in seven months was allowed to reclaim one of the pistols police had seized. Police had charged the driver, Andres Vegas, with carrying a concealed weapon, a misdemeanor.
