Ad Week: Hawkeye|FFWD has appointed Nagwa Pfingston to the new position of vice president and account director on the Pizza Hut business.
Pfingston, 39, joins the Dallas independent from client Pizza Hut, where she was senior manager of customer relationship management and loyalty marketing. During her four-year stint at the Plano, Texas-based company, Pfingston was responsible for leading the CRM effort, including the Very Into Pizza program, which was developed by Hawkeye|FFWD last year.
Pfingston's move to the agency side comes on the heels of shifts by two other ex-Pizza Hut staffers. In September, Bill Cashman, formerly Pizza Hut's director of Hispanic marketing, joined Omnicom Group's Dieste Harmel in Dallas, where he will lead Spice, the Hispanic shop's new promotional unit. In addition, Cindy Davis, who had been Pizza Hut's vice president of brand marketing, arrived at Omnicom's Rapp Collins Worldwide in August as the Irving, Texas, agency's new marketing director.
