EyesOn Digital, a global provider of integrated security solutions, will introduce its Business Intelligence & Surveillance Suite for restaurants, QSRs and hospitality establishments next month at the NRA Show in Chicago.
Since 2001, EyesOn Digital has been designing and installing customized video solutions to clients throughout the U.S. and Latin America, having developed integration with more than 100 POS systems.
This new pairing of video and pre-filtered events is available on a dashboard, alerting operators of the event and associated video clip. These alerts require user acknowledgement which prevents a potentially serious event going unnoticed. This closed loop process ensures persons responsible are able to address the alert, according to the company.
EyesOn's Virtual Manager was created specifically to reduce losses by both single unit and multiunit operators.
