Falling cheese prices not helping Canada's pizza makers

The Globe and Mail: Though cheese prices are falling in the U.S., Canadian pizza operators aren't benefiting. The Canadian Dairy Commission not only sets the price for all dairy products, it forbids cheese imports, which keeps endusers from benefiting from global market price downswings.
