Fee-based loyalty program drives sales for Pizza Hut

DMNews: Pizza Hut's fee-based VIP (Very Into Pizza) loyalty program has increased members' incremental orders by 93 percent and raised incremental net sales 65 percent. The program, which uses information captured by the chain's POS system, was launched in an effort to keep Pizza Hut customers from switching to other pizza providers.
