Fired Pie wedges in 'cheesy' LTO

Though we're almost dead in the middle of one of the biggest holiday periods of the year, surely most pizza operators are also gearing up for that other quasi-holiday just a month away, National Cheese Lovers Day, on Jan. 20. The team at Fired Pie certainly is and will, in fact, offer discounts on all of the brand's customizable mac 'n' cheese dishes to celebrate the cheesy event. 

In an email, the company said customers can get 25 percent off any mac 'n' cheese dish at all 21 Fired Pie locations, though only one discount per customer as long as it's not ordered through third-party delivery. 

The brand's mac 'n' cheese dishes come plain or customized with any three ingredients. All of the dishes are topped with Parmesan and bread crumbs and baked in a stone hearth pizza oven.
