Gun accusation lawsuit heads back to court

Chicago Tribune: Two Indianapolis men, detained by police after a Papa John's pizza delivery driver falsely accused one of them of pulling a gun, can proceed with a lawsuit against the worker and the pizzeria company, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled.

The men were handcuffed and detained for an hour and a half while police investigated, but no gun was found.
