Gunmen rob Papa John's Pizza store

The News-Record: Two men robbed a Greensboro, N.C., Papa John's store on Nov. 10.

At 10:54 p.m., a man entered the store and told manager Jared Pike he was picking up a pizza, according to Greensboro police.

The man said his last name was Johnson. Pike handed him the pizza, which had been ordered over the phone.

The man tried to pay with a fake credit card, which failed, and then told Pike he would go to an ATM.

When he started to leave, his accomplice came in with panty hose over his head armed with a black, semi-automatic handgun, police said.
