Hansen new CFO at pizza toppings manufacturer Burke Corp.

NEVADA, Iowa — Burke Corporation has appointed Marcy Hansen, CPA, as its new vice president and chief financial officer.

According to a news release, Hansen will oversee accounting, finance, internal control, information technology, investor relations functions and act as corporate secretary.

"Marcy's 14 years of corporate finance experience in the agriculture and manufacturing industries brings depth to Burke's senior management team and sets the stage as we move forward with Burke's growth strategy," said Burke Corp. President Bill Burke, Jr.

Prior to joining Burke, Hansen was a member of the senior management team for Garst Seed Company, the world's fourth largest seed marketer.

"Burke has quickly become a leader in the fully cooked meat toppings and fillings business," said Hansen. "I am thrilled to join the company and help ensure Burke's continued stability and growth."
