Hell adds gluten-free pizza to menu

Big Hospitality: The New-Zealand based pizza chain Hell Pizza has added gluten-free pizzas to its menu in order to cater to customers with celiac disease. The company cooks gluten-free pizzas in dedicated pans and has a separate preparation area to avoid cross-contamination with regular flour.
