High dioxin levels found in Italian mozzarella

Associated Press: Italian authorities have searched dozens of buffalo dairies in that country after higher-than-permitted levels of dioxin were discovered in products from 29 mozzarella makers. Cheesemakers in Italy took out ads in Italian newspapers this week assuring consumers that their buffalo mozzarella was safe to eat.
