Japan Times: Makoto Onishi, the winner of the title of best pizza maker at the annual Naples Pizza Festival in 2003, is working diligently to teach his Japanese countrymen about Neapolitan pizza. Onishi moved to Italy in 2001 to study pizza making in a pizzeria on Ischia Island, near Naples. Back home now, he makes an average 250 pizzas per day.
