Lawyer seeks competency hearing in collar-bomb case
January 27, 2008
Philadelphia Inquirer: A woman implicated in a bank robbery where a pizza delivery driver was killed is likely suffering from a mental disease and is incompetent to assist her case, according to her attorney. The defendant, Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong, is accused of being part of a plot where delivery driver Brian Wells was killed by a collar bomb he was wearing.
The attorney has asked the court to schedule a competency hearing.
