Legendary Cali pizzeria cops online-only model

Santa Monica pizzeria Patty's Pizza is well-versed in firsts – initially by being the first fresh take 'n' bake concept in the city, and now, by moving their services totally online, according to the Santa Monica Mirror.
Company founder Patty Phillips said the business model change, started Feb. 25, will allow them to add new products, increase their delivery area and save customers on sales taxes.
