LevelUp launches broadcast service to drive restaurant discovery
LevelUp has launched a broadcast service to help restaurant brands reach consumers within a network of highly trafficked digital channels, including Facebook, Messenger, Yelp, Foursquare, Amazon Alexa, Chase Pay, Apple Pa and Android Pay.
By leveraging Broadcast, restaurants are able to effectively and efficiently “broadcast” out their menu, and targeted rewards and campaigns, to LevelUp's growing network of digital and social partners, as well as update any menu changes in real-time cross-platform, to reach target new customers within the channels they already use most, said Seth Priebatsch, founder and CEO of LevelUp
"Today's highly mobile consumer is increasingly turning to their favorite social and digital channels for everything they do – from keeping up with friends to searching for directions, to browsing nearby restaurant options," he said. "LevelUp Broadcast enables consumers to discover nearby restaurants, browse the menu, place an order, pay and collect rewards, all directly within the channels where they already live, work and play, and at the very moment when they are actively seeking lunch or dinner options. And because customers spend up to 50 percent more on digital orders than on orders placed in-restaurant or by phone, restaurants that use Broadcast are not only capturing new guests, but also high ticket sales."
Fast casual brands, Mama Fu's and Togo's, are both using the platform.

LevelUp's Broadcast platform is part of the larger LevelUp solution that connects restaurant brands with the multi-channel consumer. The goal is to drive transactions, increase speed of service and build loyalty with a seamless digital experience, according to the release.
