Man arrested for pizza scam

La Crosse Tribune (Wisconsin): A Minnesota man was arrested last week for impersonating a Winona, Minn., policeman in an attempt to get a free pizza from Little Caesars. The man showed the pizzeria manager a tattoo of a police badge in an attempt to prove he was a police officer.
