Minsky's Gourmet Pizza partners with Rewards Network

CHICAGO — Kansas City, Kan.-based chain Minsky's Pizza Café & Bar announced plans to expand to additional locations through a new relationship with Rewards Network, a leading provider of marketing services and loyalty programs to the restaurant industry.

 

According to a news release, 12-unit Minsky's will leverage Rewards Network's services, including marketing and access to capital, to grow and expand its independently operated gourmet pizza chain in the Kansas City area.

 

"We are an independent chain competing with regional and nationwide restaurant chains that have multimillion-dollar advertising and marketing budgets," said Justin Rufus, partner and vice president of marketing for Minsky's. "Our relationship with Rewards Network provides us with creative marketing solutions and the capital that we need to accomplish our expansion goals. The additional capital will allow us to launch a new promotion called 'Minsky's Mobile Gourmet' — a 112-square-foot traveling restaurant that we plan to take to the streets to test our innovative menu items in potential new markets."
