Mobile ordering powerhouses amp up restaurant visibility among potential customers
LevelUp is partnering with fellow restaurant mobile tech business, Onosys, to help restaurants grow their order-ahead sales through channels such as Chase Pay, a news release said.
Onosys builds custom restaurant digital ordering solutions for large brands. LevelUp and its partners make these solutions available to potential new consumers, offering participating restaurants instant access to new customers and revenues at no additional cost.
LevelUp has nearly a million monthly active restaurant customers for chains nationwide. By integrating with the Onosys digital ordering platform, these consumers now have thousands of more restaurants from which to choose and each of those restaurants now has increased exposure and potentially greater order volume and revenues.
"Our integration with Onosys provides merchants access to brand new customer acquisition channels, while also giving consumers more variety in the restaurants they can order from via the LevelUp app and the partner properties we power," LevelUp Head of Partnerships Seann Moriarty said in the release. "These partnerships add value across the board for restaurants, consumers and our strategic partners."
How the partnered system works
Mobile orders placed through the LevelUp network to participating Onosys customers flow through Onosys' digital ordering platform to the chosen restaurant location's POS. Not only does this provide the customer with a smooth, uninterrupted ordering process, but it also gives restaurateurs better insight into who's buying from them, as well as what they're buying and when.
"This partnership underscores Onosys' commitment to the success of our restaurant partners by effectively extending brand availability to millions of potential new customers who can now order directly," Onysys Chief Revenue Officer David Dipasquale said in the release. "At the same time, LevelUp and its partner network benefit by offering consumers more choices and increased engagement."
