MonkeyMedia Software CEO to host catering education webinar series

Erle Dardick, CEO of MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of web-based software, strategy and education services for multi-unit restaurant operators, has announced the debut of the company’s complimentary catering education series, “Catering Makes Sense: An Educational Series for Multi-Unit Restaurant Operators.” Designed specifically for catering operators in the multi-unit environment, Dardick and team will provide education on all aspects of designing, maintaining and promoting a successful catering program.

“Over the last decade, one of my goals at MonkeyMedia Software has been to create a solid educational service that we could offer to the multi-unit restaurant community,” said Dardick, who has been providing turn-around strategies to multi-unit restaurant operators and food manufacturers for more than 15 years. “This webinar series brings together the heart and soul of our company’s passion and our team’s combined industry expertise, which we’re excited to share with multi-unit restaurant operators.”

Lisa DeFeo, a business analyst at MonkeyMedia Software, will moderate the webinar series. Since 1990, DeFeo has worked in the restaurant industry, serving in management roles for national restaurant chains such as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Boston Market.

The Foundation: How to Grow a Successful Catering Program” will kick off the series March 23, at 11 a.m. PST. During this webinar, DeFeo will lead discussions about the following topics:

  • Understanding the benefits of having an integrated catering program in your restaurant
  • Identifying the important aspects and characteristics of a successful catering program
  • Outlining the necessary internal structure of the restaurant with a catering offering
  • Learning the different marketing segments needed for a profitable catering program
  • An introduction to the different technology platforms and services that could help run an efficient catering program
  • A Q&A session that will serve as a knowledge exchange between Dardick and webinar participants
