MONTVILLE, N.J. -- Lucille Farms, Inc. reported on April 3 that it has been delisted from the NASDAQ SmallCap Market exchange.
The company was removed because it didn't meet the net tangible assets requirement of $2 million or the $2.5 million stockholders' equity requirement minimum according to Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(2)(B).
The Company has requested a hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to review the determination.
Lucille Farms, Inc. manufactures and markets mozzarella cheese and other Italian variety cheeses primarily in its Swanton, Vt., facility.
