Neither side wins in Patsy's trademark fight

New York Daily News: Despite both sides claiming the endorsement of Frank Sinatra, neither side emerged a clear winner in a trademark dispute between Patsy's Pizzeria and Patsy's Italian Restaurant. A Brooklyn judge refused to grant the restaurant owners' demand for removal of the Patsy's Pizzeria sign in Syosset, N.Y.
