New developments in 4-year-old collar bomb case

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: The mystery of an Erie, Pa., pizza delivery man, who was killed when a collar bomb he was wearing exploded, might soon be solved.

Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong, 58, who is in jail for another killing, is likely to be indicted for the August 2003 death of Brian Wells.
