New Freschetta pizza is a make-and-bake option

Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal: Betting that families want to make pizzas together, Schwan Food Co. has launched a Freschetta Build & Bake line of make-your-own pizza products that includes a par-baked pizza crust and small packages of ingredients. Schwan believes Build & Bake eventually will command $100 million in annual sales.
