New York to ban ad circulars

am New York: Pizzerias and other New York businesses that use advertising circulars will be banned from leaving fliers at apartment buildings that post signs saying the fliers aren't welcome, according to a new law in that state. Sponsors of the law say the fliers create litter and alert criminals to unoccupied houses.
