No charges to be filed against driver who shot would-be robber

Augusta (Ga.) Chronicle: Police in Richmond County, Ga., say a pizza delivery man will not be charged after he shot a man who tried to rob him. According to a Richmond County Sheriff's report, 18-year-old Kevin Martin pointed what turned out to be a BB gun at the driver and demanded money. The driver pulled his own gun and shot Martin several times in the stomach.
