ClaudeCHICAGO — The National Restaurant Association said its 2006 Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show drew 74,000 attendees from more than 100 countries for the annual event, held May 20-23.
According to a news release, exhibit numbers totaled 2,080 spread over more than 600,000 square feet of floor space.
"Our biggest Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show ever is a reflection of the vitality of the restaurant industry and the Association's ongoing commitment to provide an exceptional marketplace for industry professionals from around the world," said Steven C.
