Ohioan slices field at pizza contest

New York Daily News: He came, he tossed and he conquered. Amid a whirl of flour and the scent of tomato sauce, Bryan Edler swept the first round of the U.S. Pizza Team competition at the Javits Center Nov. 2.

The events, which include gourmet pizza making, dough stretching and tossing speed and style, are part of the first New York Pizza Show, meant to spotlight the best pie making in the nation.
