Owner charged in pizzeria fire

NJ.com: The owner of a West Caldwell, N.J., pizzeria was charged with staging a robbery and setting a fire at his business in order to collect insurance money.

Police and firefighters responded to a fire alarm at the business March 23 and found the owner taped and tied to a chair in the front of the restaurant.
