Palermo's named Rattlers' pizza provider

APPLETON, Wis. -- Minor league baseball team the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have signed a deal making Palermo's Pizza the official pizza of Time Warner Cable Field.
Palermo's started as an Italian restaurant using family specialties as recipes. The company began to make frozen pizza breads in 1978 on Milwaukee's South Side. Over the years, its product line has grown to include pizzeria-style rising crust, thin, deli and primo-thin crust frozen pizzas.
In addition, Palermo's is the presenting sponsor of Fan Fest 2009, to be held April 7 at Time Warner Cable Field.
Palermo's also is the official pizza provider of the Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Wave, and the Rattlers' major league affiliate, Milwaukee Brewers.
