Papa John's declares dividend

The board of directors of Papa John's International has declared a quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per common share, a news release said. The dividend will be paid on Nov. 17 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 7.

The company said that at this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to 90 cents per common share.
