Papa John's issues dividend

Papa John's declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per common share, according to a news release. The payout on the dividend is for shareholders of record as of Feb. 6 and will be dispersed on Feb. 17. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $0.80 per common share.
