Papa Murphy's marks 1,400-unit milestone

Dec. 4, 2013

Papa Murphy's this week announced its 1,400th location opening and first CREATE store in the Phoenix market.

Since introducing the CREATE store concept in September, Papa Murphy's has opened two of the new store design locations in Austin, Texas. The newly redesigned Papa Murphy's locations focus on transparency, with an open layout, and also include digital menu boards and a grab-and-go section.

"The opening of our 1,400th location is a significant accomplishment for Papa Murphy's and we are incredibly proud of achieving this great milestone," said Kevin King, Papa Murphy's chief development officer. "Having that location in our new CREATE store design, and the first of its kind in the Phoenix market, makes it just that much more special. We are excited to continue to grow and expand our store footprint, brand presence, and CREATE store locations in existing and new markets."

The new Papa Murphy's CREATE store location at 9980 West Happy Valley Road in Peoria will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
