Little Caesars has extended its multi-year agreement with restaurant technology provider Deliverect, expanding the partnership's third-party ordering deployment to Guatemala, the company announced in a news release.

The agreement continues Deliverect's support for Little Caesars' third-party ordering operations, integrating orders from participating delivery platforms into restaurant systems to help streamline order management and support day-to-day operations.

"Our focus is on making ordering convenient for customers and supporting efficient operations for our franchisees," Keith Faigin, CIO Restaurant Systems for Little Caesars, said in the release. "Continuing our relationship with Deliverect supports those priorities as we expand third-party ordering capabilities in existing and new markets."

As part of the agreement, participating franchisees will have the option to use Sentinel, Deliverect's restaurant availability monitoring tool. Sentinel is designed to identify when a restaurant unexpectedly goes offline on third-party ordering platforms and help restore its online status, potentially reducing disruptions to digital ordering.

"We're pleased to continue our relationship with Little Caesars and extend our support to Guatemala," Zhong Xu, co-founder and CEO of Deliverect, said in the release. "Our team remains focused on helping Little Caesars and its franchisees manage third-party orders efficiently and maintain availability on participating ordering platforms."

Little Caesars, founded in 1959 and headquartered in Detroit, operates restaurants in all 50 U.S. states and more than 30 countries and territories.
