Patxi's Pizza hosting Boston Marathon fundraiser

April 24, 2013

Patxi's Pizza announced it will donate 10 percent of all proceeds from lunch, dinner, dine-in, carryout and delivery sales on May 2 to One Fund Boston, a campaign created to raise money for the bombing victims of the Boston Marathon last week.

The fundraiser will be held at all 10 Patxi's locations in partnership with San Francisco-based law firm Hanson Bridget LLP, which will match all donations up to $10,000.

All San Francisco and Colorado locations will also host a silent auction for additional fundraising.

"The Boston Marathon is more than a race, it is our childhood. Seeing something so tragic happen at such an iconic event has really touched home. We're hoping to make a difference with the funds we are able to raise," said Andy Brown, Patxi's area director and a Boston native.
