ATLANTA — Pilgrim's Pride Foodservice introduced new Pierce Chicken Master Pieces, the foodservice industry's first line of fully cooked and seasoned, diced chicken breast meat. Available in four on-trend flavors — Regal Italian, Smokey Chipotle, Maximo Chicrizo and Roasted Savory — Master Pieces diced chicken offers operators a simple, convenient way to energize menus with patron appeal and profit.
According to a news release, Master Pieces diced chicken makes it easy to add bold flavor to a variety of dishes, including salads, appetizers, pasta, pizza, soup and chili. They come pre-cooked, pre-diced and pre-flavored, in a versatile 1/2-inch dice to reduce labor costs and eliminate waste. Because there's no need to thaw, food safety is ensured.
