WSTM.com: Police in Niagara Falls, N.Y., say a pizza shop employee was justified in shooting a 16-year-old boy during a robbery attempt.
Police say the 54-year-old driver was delivering a pizza on the night of April 20 when he was tackled by two teenage boys in an alley.
Police say when he saw a gun, he drew his own weapon and fired a shot that struck 16-year-old Anthony Sheard in the head, killing him.
