Pizza Hut to close call center

Dallas Morning News: Pizza Hut will close its only company-owned telephone call center, located in Overland Park, Kan., on June 30. The company will lay off 180 employees.

Pizza Hut is moving to outsource all of its call centers as more and more customers switch to online ordering.
