Pizza Inn recruits fast casual exec to lead franchise development

Pizza Inn Inc. has hired Dino Chavez to the position of director of franchise development, according to a company statement.
Chavez is an experienced franchise development executive with more than 25 years of progressive franchise operations and development experience. He has held positions with restaurant chains such as Sbarro's, Fuddruckers, Chuck E Cheese Pizza, and Mooyah Burgers.
The company also announced the promotion of Madison Jobe to the position of senior vice president and chief operating officer. Madison had previously served as the company's vice president of development since 2009. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for leading the chain's corporate operations, field franchise operations support and construction and continue to oversee new franchise development. In addition to his strong background in franchise development, Madison adds a depth of operations and new store development from his experiences with Whataburger, Red Robin and Shakey's Pizza.
