Pizza Marketplace conducts sustainability study

Pizza Marketplace is inviting readers to participate in a survey looking at sustainability efforts and trends in the restaurant industry. The survey should take less than 2 minutes to complete and the results will be published in the Feb/March issue of Fast Casual magazine, which will take a look at sustainability practices in the restaurant industry.
