Pizza Nova launches 'Nuthin' But Nova' campaign

TORONTO -- Canadian pizza chain Pizza Nova is promoting its new "Nuthin' But Nova" campaign through an integrated marketing campaign spanning outdoor, radio, print and apparel.
 
The tongue-in-cheek campaign features "confessions" - text-only messages like "My zucchini's better than your zucchini," "I love it in the morning" and "I want onions...but only if you want onions." They are complemented by the Nuthin' But Nova tag.
 
"The economic climate that is upon us has brought everyone's lowest ticket item to the forefront, and it's refreshing to feature communication that is devoid of a price tag," said Pizza Nova director of marketing Stephanie Angelone.   The Nuthin' but Nova billboard, transit, print and radio campaign began last week and features a rotation of various messages. The Pizza Nova Taste Patrol sampling team is serving slices of Pizza Nova specialty pizzas at busy intersections across Ontario and is distributing Nuthin' But Nova T-shirts from their branded vehicle.
