Pizza Ranch has selected Onosys, an enterprise platform for restaurant digital ordering, to elevate its off-premises guest experience, according to a press release.
The first phase of the project, completed in June, focused on creating a user-friendly digital ordering platform.
The new system integrates with Pizza Ranch's point of sale to synchronize product data, including pricing, availability and taxes. It also connects with loyalty programs, payment systems and delivery services.
"We are already seeing the impact of a more seamless experience. This past weekend, Pizza Ranch set a new record high percentage for out-the-door transactions coming through our online ordering solution," Macy Dumdei, marketing technologist, Pizza Ranch, said in the press release.
Chris Anderle, president of Onosys, said the company values its relationship with the pizza brand.
"Their team is very committed to providing a great digital ordering guest experience for their community. Phase one of the project consisted of a significant number of challenges when considering the complexity of the integrations required to meet their goals. The Onosys team listened and developed solutions to meet their needs and deliver a seamless experience. The companies plan to continue their collaboration to further improve the off-premises experience for Pizza Ranch customers.
Pizza Ranch has 220 locations across 14 states in the U.S.
