Pizza shop employee dies from gunshot wounds

Newsday: NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The manager of a pizza shop who was wounded in a confrontation with armed robbers two days ago has died.

Mike DeFelice, who worked at Papa John's Pizza on Whalley Ave., died at the Hospital of St. Raphael Saturday, two days after he was shot in the chest.
