&Pizza signs lease deal with MSC Retail

MSC Retail announced a lease agreement with &Pizza, according to a company press release. The unit will occupy 2,375 square feet of a 50,000-square-foot facility operated by Midwood Investment and Development. The location will open in Center City, Philadelphia near the end of 2016, and will be near other big-name establishments like The Cheesecake Factory and Verizon Wireless, according to the release.

"We love bringing relevant brands and concepts from other major metropolitan cities to Philadelphia," said Douglas Green, managing principal of MSC Retail, in the report. "This contemporary, new construction building provided ... &Pizza an incredible location alongside other prominent national brands."
