Pizza toppings maker Patrick Cudahy intros sliced meats line

CUDAHY, Wis.—Pizza toppings manufacturer Patrick Cudahy is introducing its new Portion Perfect sliced meats line.

According to a news release, Portion Perfect sliced meats provide precise weight and pre-portioning controls for added consistency in high-volume operations.

Pre-slicing, shaping and shingling reduces labor and eliminates the need for a slicer or knives, which enhances employee safety.

Portion Perfect fully cooked, sliced meats are available in a variety of options including:

* Top-Choice Classics: Sweet Apple-Wood Smoked Ham; Water-Added Ham (97 percent fat-free); Smoked Turkey Breast; and Oven Roasted Turkey Breast (98 percent fat-free).

* Specialty Meats: Heritage Hard Salami; LaFortuna Genoa Salami; Cotto Salami; Aged, Italian Deli-Style Pepperoni; Bologna; and Hot Ham.
