Fort Collins, Colorado PizzaRev franchisee Mark Venditto has acquired two existing restaurants in Boulder and Lafayette, Colorado and is in a site-selection process for his fourth location.
"My first location in Fort Collins has been a huge success, so it makes absolute sense to expand my portfolio regionally," Venditto said in a press release.
PizzaRev also recently partnered with cauliflower pizza crust brand, Caulipower, to bring that option to diners at more than 40 PizzaRev restaurants.
Through the partnership, PizzaRev has introduced the CauliPower pizza, which features basil pesto sauce, oven-roasted roasted cauliflower, goat cheese, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and sliced onions.
PizzaRev has an additional 200 franchises under development across Mexico and 11 other states.
